Fearless into Tech is not a school. It is a decentralised, self-organised group of self-learning women.
Based on participants area of interest, clusters are formed. Within each cluster, participants will be organized into small learning circles of max. 5 participants.
A learning circle is a participatory structure used within Fearless into Tech. The objective is to build and share knowledge through a process of open dialogue and deep reflection around concepts related to software development.
Each circle agrees on its own curricula, meeting day, time and place, and its monthly targets.
Each month, volunteering tutors will be invited to provide input and support to the learning circles.
